This is New Brunswick’s premier program that prepares professionals in the growing field of Human Resources. The program enhances the skills and knowledge of professionals to help them meet the demands of the organizations in which they work. It encompasses both the theoretical fundamentals and the operational aspects of human resources management.
This program combines in-class instruction with practical and relevant exercises to prepare you to apply HR methods and techniques in your workplace. These are the skills that are essential for attracting, selecting, retaining, and developing human capital in keeping with the need for competitiveness, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
As a program participant, you will commit to 19 days of face-to-face instruction, which is made up of eight 2-day sessions and one 3-day session. In addition to these sessions, you are also required to complete pre-readings and keep a reflective journal throughout the program.
The program is offered in English (UNB’s College of Extended Learning and NBCC - Moncton) and in French (CCNB – Campus de Dieppe). Join the list of graduates who are making a significant difference by contributing HR expertise to their organizations!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The program is designed for you if you have a minimum of two years work experience in the HR field or at least five years work experience and an interest in the HR profession. A completed application form and resume are required for admission to the program.
