Once your application has been submitted you will be notified by e-mail confirming receipt of your application and given instructions on how to make your $300 deposit. You will not be registered into the program of your choice until your $300 deposit is received.
Applications will continue to be accepted after the program specific registration deadline. However, to ensure your spot, please apply today and make your $300 registration deposit. Early registration is recommended as enrollment is limited.
Refund of the deposit (less a $150 administration fee) will be made if a cancellation and refund form is completed and sent prior to February 19, 2010 for Intersession Programs. After that date, no refund may be possible. Costs are based on a minimum number of participants. In the event that this minimum is not achieved, the result may be the cancellation of this Intersession. At that time you will be informed and your deposit will be returned in full.
Participants have the choice of taking the courses for either credit or audit (a student wishing to attend classes in a given degree credit course out of interest without being assigned a grade). Participants are paying a program fee for the cost of the program and are not paying for tuition separately so there is no difference in pricing for those that choose to audit their courses.
